The Internal Accounting Supervisor position will oversee the daily activity of the Firm’s
Accounting Department while supervising a staff of seven team members.


Responsibilities Include:

An in depth understanding of the various positions in the department including:

Accounts Receivable

Accounts Payable


General Ledger

Prepare various schedules such as Insurance, compensation and month end expenses.

Prepare commercial rent/sales tax returns

Reconcile bank accounts

Team with other departments on various projects

Handle various ad hoc projects as they arise

Review department work projects 


A Bachelors degree in accounting, or a Bachelors degree in business with an
emphasis in accounting, is required. Must be a detail orientated Must
have experience in managing staff. Must be highly skilled in dealing with financial and numeric data. Must
be highly skilled in use of Excel Spreadsheets. Must have very good communication skills. Must
be a team player who can prioritize and handle deadlines A
minimum of 5 years’ experience in accounting is preferred.
