Administrative Assistant

  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills

  • Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant in a fast paced environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and  Power Point)

  • Experience collating tax returns

  • Must possess excellent interpersonal skills

  • Flexibility with hours; overtime when needed

  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and function in a fast paced environment

  • Ability to interact professionally with employees of all levels within the firm; strong communication skills are highly desirable

  • Previous financial or public accounting firm experience is a plus

  • Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus


Responsibilities Include: 

  • Heavy calendar management

  • Maintain and coordinate schedules including meetings, travel arrangements, special events

  • Compile and monitor correspondence, memos and prioritize critical information

  • Prepare internal and external correspondence, client billing

  • Answering, screening and prioritizing phone calls

  • Responding to routine client requests and directing calls appropriately

  • Handle other various administrative assignments as they arise including mailings, faxing, filing, and copying, updating of client tax return due dates in Project Management System.

  • Tax Collation

  • Work special projects on an as needed basis
